Samples

Samples are generally available for all products and will typically ship as either a blank product or imprinted with a random logo or message.

We are happy to provide samples free of charge for most items under $5. Items costing more than $5 will require a customer payment in advance. If the sample is returned and an order is placed then a credit in the amount charged for the sample will be refunded to you or deducted from your order bill. ln all cases shipping for samples will have to be charged to you. We will be happy to use your FED-EX or UPS shipper number if you wish.

We would love to be able to provide free samples but margins in our business are already thin and the only way to compensate would be to raise our prices. We think it's better on our customers to simply charge a small fee for samples. Remember, if you do place an order and return the sample to us then we will refund your sample cost, so in effect samples are still free when you order from us. 

If you would like a production sample (imprinted with your own logo) we can usually accommodate that request. Costs for production samples can range from $25 to upwards of $200 depending on the imprinting process involved and the complexity of the setup required for your project. For larger orders this is a good idea as it enables you to see exactly how the finished products will look and will allow you to make changes if needed before going to production.
